What do you do?
Websites, your Google Business Profile, your socials on Instagram and Facebook, and ads on Facebook, Instagram and Google. And I do the work myself, so the person you email is the person doing it.
Who do you work with?
Owners of established local service businesses. Most of mine are around Halton, but I work with owners anywhere, because everything happens by video call and email.
How does the Free Online Audit work?
You fill in the short form first, and I check that we're a fit. If we are, you book a free 45-minute call, I go through your Google, your website and your socials with you, and you leave with your top 5 fixes whether or not we ever work together.
How long am I committed?
There's no year-long contract. Anything monthly is three months to start, and after that it's month to month, so if it's not working for you, you can walk.
Who owns everything?
You do. Your site, your Google listing and every login are in your name from the start, and if anything ever happened to me, it's all already yours.
Do you use AI?
Yes, and I'm upfront about it. AI tools help me prepare and get the work done faster, and every word gets checked by me, so nothing goes out that I haven't read.
Do I have to film anything?
A little, and it's easy. You film short clips on your phone from a card I send you, or you send me what you've already got, and I do the rest.
Who pays for the domain?
You do, and it's in your own name. Your domain is your web address, so it should never belong to anyone but you.
